The majority of this page, up to this point, has been focused on Japanese Martial Arts, history, etc. It won’t always be this way, and this is the first step in ensuring that all Asian Martial Arts and practices are given fair representation.
A friend of mine is very much into QiGong training – incidentally, she is an excellent acupuncturist who is passionate about constantly improving her knowledge and skill. She has spent a significant portion of her life in study and training, and has decided to make a resolution for 2013 to do a blog about her QiGong training.
Her insights into TCM have helped me clarify some of my personal Martial Arts training, and has helped me shake out some of the stagnant old thoughts that I haven’t challenged in a very long time. I appreciate her approach and her assistance, and I hope that you will enjoy her blog.
